My journey with yoga began during the most exhausting phase of my life…while working a demanding job, I found myself mentally and physically exhausted. In search of relief, I turned to yoga, and that decision changed everything. Yoga not only improved my physical well-being; it also brought me peace, balance, and genuine happiness. Eventually, I quit my job to embrace this path fully, and I haven’t looked back since.
